We picked up some beautiful tuna last night (heh heh), but didn’t get around to eating it. Brought it back to O-Town and decided to try it with the Fondue mom had planned.

At first ate it raw, which was pretty good- it had gotten just barely fishy.. Then figured marinating it and lightly cooking it would be better. It was. But by the end of the meal, it was AWESOME! The oil had gotten all meat flavored, so a quick flash fry of the tuna in the oil gave it an amazing flavor. Sushi with a nice steak overtone. Wow.
